Groundhog Day

Groundhog Day is a holiday celebrated on February 2 in the United States and Canada. According to tradition, if it is a cloudy Groundhog emerges from its burrow on this day leaves the nest, which means that winter will soon end as the weather. If it's sunny, comfortable Groundhog sees his shadow and withdraw back into its burrow and winter will continue for six weeks.

The biggest celebration of Groundhog Day is celebrated in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. Groundhog Day, a widely recognized and popular tradition, has received worldwide attention after the 1993 film of the same name, Groundhog Day, which was introduced in Punxsutawney Punxsutawney Phil y.
